With the aim of establishing itself as ‘stabilizing power’, since 2021 Ankara has initiated some crucial normalization processes in the region with the aim of implementing ‘win-win’ diplomatic approaches and avoiding regional isolation. However, Ankara's ambition as 'regional stability provider'  must necessarily cope with changing regional dynamics, as the current Israel-Palestine war shows. Hence, the need of monitoring the developments  in order to provide detailed analyses on the sustainability and the challenges linked to the normalization processes carried out by Turkiye in the Mediterranean, Middle East, Gulf, and Caucasus between September 2023 and January 2024, as well as their impacts on the broader scale.
