The procedure for the identification of the following figure opens today

Experts engaged in the online working group to review the draft research document and take part in the subsequent online discussion.

At least five years' experience in the following areas is required:

1.            Knowledge of the migration phenomenon and its relationship with development in Africa, with particular reference to Ethiopia and the migration of women and children

2.            Excellent knowledge of the Ethiopian context

3.            Experience of working/collaborating in African contexts

4.            Knowledge of English

5.            At least 5 years of work experience in the field

6.            Residence in Ethiopia

7.            Work/collaboration experience with international cooperation organisations or projects will be positively valued

Candidates must send their CVs by 5.00 p.m. on 10 September 2025 to cespi@cespi.it or hand-deliver them to CeSPI's offices in Piazza Venezia 11 and must undergo an interview aimed at deepening and verifying the experiences and skills indicated therein.

Following the interview, a number of points from 1 to 5 will be attributed to each of the skills listed above and a ranking will be drawn up.

The type of contract and remuneration will be defined in a second and possible interview, based on the profile and on the number of hours allocated to the assignment.

The collaboration will last until 31 December 2025 at the latest from the date of signing of the agreement between the parties, unless extended.
