News: Serbia: Vučić grants early elections

After more than a year of protests, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has agreed to hold early elections, which are expected to take place between October and December 2026.

The decision follows the “Raspiši pobedu” (“Declare victory”) signature campaign, launched by students and civic groups to support the demand for early elections.

The initiative reportedly collected over 400,000 signatures.
