La prospettiva balcanica circa la ricostruzione dell’Ucraina

The reconstruction of Ukraine in a future post-war phase represents an opportunity for Croatia and six non-EU countries of the Western Balkans (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia) to strengthen their ties with Kyiv and Brussels, upgrading their country systems in the field of development cooperation. The paper analyzes the involvement of the seven Balkan states in Ukraine’s recovery process and explores the potential of this cooperation in the areas of entrepreneurship, energy, demining, local-level reconstruction, civil society, and the reforms to be undertaken within the EU accession process.
