Berlin Process: Promises risk outweighing action

Despite the encouraging statements by Keir Starmer and Antonio Tajani, which reaffirm Europe’s positive stance toward the so-called “Balkan reunification”, the region’s crisis fronts remain tense.
The most critical issue is the volatile Serbia–Kosovo situation, a powder keg that appears ready to ignite once again, undermining the spirit of cooperation and stability that the Berlin Process seeks to promote.
