News: Albania Launched EU4MIGRATION Project Together with the EU, IOM, and UNHCR

The European Union, together with the IOM, UNHCR, and the Ministry of the Interior of Albania, has launched the EU4MIGRATION project.

This four-year initiative, funded with $10 million from the EU, aims to support Albania in strengthening its migration management systems and asylum system, in order to ensure better protection and improved access to services for people on the move.

The project’s ultimate goal is also to support Albania’s EU accession process and its alignment with European standards, specifically addressing reforms required under Chapter 24: Justice, Freedom, and Security.
